27in x 28in Double Drawers Oven Dryer for Screen Printing with Hot Air Circulation System
This drawers oven for DTG with two drawers is applying for curing the digital printing T-shirt. Each drawer has its own motor to drive the in and out。The heaters is installed on the top of oven. The hot air is running by the blower to cure the T-shirt through the hot air channel. The PLC controls the curing time and in/out of each drawer by the touch screen. The exhaust duct in on the bottom of the oven, it can flow out the smoke during the period of curing.

1.The dimension of drawer is 27n x 28in , it has own motor to control in and out through the oven.
2.The blower is on the bottom of dryer, it can recycle the hot air to evenly distribute the heat in the oven.
3.The stainless steel heaters can raise the temperature very fast and long working time.
4.The double insulation can keep the heater very well. The exhaust duct in on the bottom of the oven, it can flow out the smoke during the period of curing.
5.The touch screen connects the PLC to control the curing time and in/out of each drawer automatically
