Warm Tips:
Buying large diameter of pressure plate device, it depends on the user’s principal axis diameter. We have listed some of the ordinary axis diameters for your reference. Among which, there could be few principal axes’ specifications do not match each other, hereby we request the buyers must specifically measure the principal axis diameter before purchasing.
Installation:
Put the pressure plate device on the principal axis of motor, adjust the position properly up and down then just tighten the screw on the ring (the position up and down: if less than 3mm thickness plate, the bottom of pressure plate device is parallel to the knifepoint; if plates from 4mm to 6mm, adjust the pressure plate device upwards 2mm to 3mm; and then the same manner of adjustment for the rest).
Principle of Operation:
Use little 3-second glue to paste the board on the working platform of engraving machine, then fix the pressure plate deviceon the motor of the machine. By the force of motor running, it makes the pressure plate device move along with motor moving and automatically pressing the board peacefully on the working platform for which it controls the board not moving up and down but stably working without any extra force.
How it works:
Fix board(such as Acrylic board) on the worktable of engraving machine with the help of some double-sided adhesive, and then install,this automatic plate device on the spindle. This automatic device can run together with the spindle and press the board on the worktable, the platen is with motor sports, so that the sheet is not jumping up and down, running smoothly, without any additional force.

Why use the pressure plate device?
1. This pressure plate device rolls along with the principal axis moves for which it replaces users manually pressing board materials hence it saves labor force and effectively improves work efficiency.
