Description:
1 Standard YAG Laser Welding Head + 1 handheld Fiber Transmission Laser Welding head with 5m fiber line.
Standard welding head can weld small size metal channel letters within 80cm, and the handheld fiber head can weld big size (Up to 80cm size) metal letters, and place difficult to welding.
With CCD camera, Ceramic focusing cavities, laser head can 360 degree rotate.
With CE certificate
Applicable these materials: Stainless steel, Iron, Galvanized sheet, Titanium, thickness is within 1.2mm.
This Laser Welder includes four parts: laser beam+ power box, cooling system, marble table

Unique Welding Function: This laser welding machine adopts high peak-value power supply and controller made by ourselves. It can easily weld those materials such as copper. that difficult for other brands machines.
Regular combination and fixing of metal letters are done via glue, rivets or soldering, but all of them have big defects. Metal letters combined by glue always get loose with time goes by, especially at outdoors. Fixing by rivets sounds good, but not good-looking. Soldering is never a green way of fixing metal letters because of the poisoning gas produced when processing.
However, laser welding technology makes two metal sheets become one only by a few melting spots. From any aspect, laser welding is the best solution and the greenest.
