- Professional design: The C6 intelligent cutting equipment integrates cutting tool (oscillating knife, drag knife), creasing tool, and half cut knife, equipped with an industrial camera positioning system. According to the customer's original design artwork, it can achieve cutting and creasing in any shapes (labels, boxes, etc.). A stable paper feeding system, combining vacuum suction cups and non-contact suction cups, perfectly completes the automatic feeding of 80-800gsm paper sheets.
- Software operation: No need to create a knife mold, saving time and cost. Exporting the design files in Adobe lllustator or CorelDRAW to DXF, PLT, or HP/GL format, and send the files to control software to execute the subsequent process flow automatically. Press the "Start" button to easily complete the cutting work.
- Advantages: Stable paper feeding system, automatic reading of files through QR code scanning, achieving small batch/unmanned operation; SRA3 size labels or paper take only 15-45 seconds(depending on the complexity of the shape).
