X6 Automatic Channel Letter High Edge Full Function Bending Machine
1.Bending system
Double knife alternating bending,specially designed cutlasses and edge structure,compatible with plate and profile processing.More suitable for small Angle small radian bending.
2. Slotting system
Plane cutter works for stainless steel, galvanized board and aluminum plate.
3. Feeding system
The design of circulating clamping feeding,manipulator circulating clamping feeding,the configuration of servo drive+high quality ball screw and linear guide rail makes the feeding smooth and smooth without causing deformation to the material,and the closed-loop control composed of length encoder and system makes the finished products perfectly match with the source files.
Features:
1.18cm processing range,equipped with fixed cutlery with a small Angle of 44°. In the higher processing range,to achieve high speed,stable bending.
2.Part of the structure adopts precision casting,making the bending machine precise and efficient (casting includes:fixed scimitar,fixed scimitar safety,encoder,manipulator,feeding bracket,feeding bracket presser,etc.)
