Instructions
1. Cut off the unthreaded part of the head
2. Cut the nozzle obliquely according to the needs
3. Insert the glue gun and tighten the glue nozzle
4. Adjust the glue gun and start sizing
Precautions
1. Please ensure that the surface of the bonded object is clean and dry without any dirt, such as: pigment, oil stains, lubricating oil and rust.
2. Take the product out of the refrigerated environment and use it before the glue arrives. The best use temperature should be between 18-32 degrees.
3. After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be tightened immediately and sealed for storage. When using it again, if there is a little crust on the seal, just remove it, and it will not affect the normal use.
4. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. After contact with the skin, please wash it with soapy water immediately. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, please rinse it with plenty of water immediately. If you feel seriously uncomfortable, you must go to the hospital for examination.
5. If you need to use a dispensing machine to apply glue, it is recommended to soak the dispensing needle in a container containing silicone oil when the operation is over or interrupted to prevent the needle from freezing, and take out a small amount of glue in the needle when working again.
